TOV   ஐசுவரியவான் தன் பார்வைக்கு ஞானவான்; புத்தியுள்ள தரித்திரனோ அவனைப் பரிசோதிக்கிறான்.
IRVTA   செல்வந்தன் தன்னுடைய பார்வைக்கு ஞானவான்;
புத்தியுள்ள தரித்திரனோ அவனைப் பரிசோதிக்கிறான்.
ERVTA   செல்வந்தர்கள் எப்பொழுதும் தம்மைப் பெரிய ஞானிகளாக நினைத்துக்கொள்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் ஏழையும் பெரிய ஞானியுமானவன், உண்மையைக் கண்டுகொள்கிறான்.
RCTA   செல்வன் தனக்குத்தானே ஞானியாய்த் தோன்றுகிறான். ஆனால், விவேகமுள்ள ஏழை அவன் (ஞானத்தைச்) சோதித்தறிவான்.
ECTA   செல்வர் தம்மை ஞானமுள்ளவர் என்று எண்ணிக்கொள்வார்; உணர்வுள்ள ஏழையோ அவரது உண்மையான தன்மையை நன்கறிவார்.
MOV   ധനവാൻ തനിക്കുതന്നേ ജ്ഞാനിയായി തോന്നുന്നു; ബുദ്ധിയുള്ള അഗതിയോ അവനെ ശോധന ചെയ്യുന്നു.

ERVHI   धनी परुष निज आँखों में बुद्धिमान हो सकता है किन्तु वह गरीबजन जो बुद्धिमान होता है सत्य को देखता।
IRVHI   धनी पुरुष अपनी दृष्टि में बुद्धिमान होता है,
परन्तु समझदार कंगाल उसका मर्म समझ लेता है।
