ERVKN   ಯೆಹೋಶುವನು, “ಯೆಹೋವನೇ ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ನಮ್ಮ ಜನರನ್ನು ನೀನು ಜೋರ್ಡನ್ ನದಿ ದಾಟಿಸಿ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದೆ. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕರೆದು ತಂದು ಅಮೋರಿಯರಿಂದ ನಾಶವಾಗಲು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಡುವುದೇಕೆ? ನಾವು ಇದ್ದುದರಲ್ಲಿ ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಜೋರ್ಡನ್ ನದಿಯ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇರಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು.

GUV   ત્યારે યહોશુઆએ યહોવા ને કહ્યું, “હે યહોવા માંરા માંલિક! તે અમને યર્દન નદીને પાર કરાવ્યા અને એમ તરફ આવ્યા શા માંટે? શું તારો ઈરાદો અમને અમોરીઓને સોંપી દેવાનો હતો જેથી અમાંરો વિનાશ કરવામાં આવે? અમે નદીને પેલે પાર શાંતિ અને સંતોષથી રહ્યા હોત તો કેવું સારું!
